We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind .

If your item is faulty:
We will happily exchange your product within 30 days of purchase. Items held longer than 30 days are not valid for a credit or exchange.
Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and returned in the original packaging.
Your refund is in the way of a store credit or item exchange. Any store credit or exchanged must be then used within the 30 day period from issue.

There are no refunds or exchanges on sale items.

To complete your exchange a receipt or proof of purchase is required with your original items – see Exchanges below.

To request a return/credit you must email us as hello@theconfettishop.com.au with your request before sending any items for an approval code,,

We do not cover return shipping costs nor are responsible should your return item not be received by us. We recommend tracking is used for any returned items.
